Notes on what a novice at running ultras thinks he should do next time (but one who came in second place in his first and only race):
- One GU every half hour (Carry all my GU)
- One electrolyte capsule every 2 hours (Carry all)
- One large camelback so I don’t need to stop at most aid stations.
- HR monitor set to beep if HR above 80% for the first half, 82% for the second half and off for the last ~3 miles
